Sophie Elsworthy

CEO

A former elite athlete, Sophie originally trained as a journalist specialising in sport, something which she continues to hold a huge passion for.

In 2015 she moved to News Corp’s Dow Jones where she worked in its professional information business before going on to run the Sports Intelligence due diligence division.

Sophie has experience working with some of the largest organisations in sport as well as in the corporate and financial space globally. She co-founded InsightX in 2020 where she remains Chief Executive Officer

Justin Williams

COO & Editor-in-Chief

A journalist with more than 30 years of experience at the highest levels of the industry, Justin is InsightX’s COO and Editor-in-Chief.

Justin trained as a journalist in the late 1980s, working his way up through the traditional route of weekly, evening and then national papers.

After several years at the Daily Mail, he joined The Sunday Telegraph in 2003 before moving to The Daily Telegraph in 2006. He was the paper’s Assistant Editor until 2014. Between 2015 and 2019, Justin ran the editorial operation for Dow Jones Sports Intelligence. 

Veronica Ferrari InsightX Head of Insight

Veronica Ferrari

Head of Insight

Veronica is InsightX’s Head of Insight. Since 2015, she has worked in social media monitoring and corporate analysis. She helps international companies and agencies with insights on online activity, reputation and risk management, influencer identification, campaign analysis and competitor benchmarking. 

Her background is in Communications from the University of Pavia, and Journalism from the London School of Journalism. 

She is currently completing an MA in Publishing at Oxford Brookes University.

George Hallam

Executive Editor

George is InsightX’s Executive Editor. 


He is a philosophy graduate turned journalist with an encyclopaedic knowledge of sport. 


After working in the charity sector during his earlier career, he qualified as a sports journalist with a Gold Standard NCTJ diploma from News Associates in 2018. 


Initially working under Sophie and Justin at Dow Jones, he took over the role of Editor of Dow Jones Sports Intelligence in 2020, joining InsightX in 2022.
